Assistant Store Manager / Operations & Brand Lead

$23-$27/hour, based on experience
Long-term opportunity with advancement to Store Manager.

Do you enjoy bringing order to a busy day, helping a team succeed and making a store look its best? This hands-on role combines customer service, daily operations, merchandising and brand presence. You'll work with the owner and store team, learn the Seasons business and grow into greater leadership responsibility as your skills and experience develop.

What you'll do

• Provide welcoming, knowledgeable customer service and lead by example on the sales floor.
• Help coordinate daily store operations, priorities and team communication.
• Receive and organize stock, maintain accurate inventory and create clear, consistent product listings in Shopify.
• Create inviting displays and keep the store organized, replenished and ready for customers.
• Support social media and seasonal promotions with engaging in-store photos, product stories and content.
• Identify practical improvements to store routines and follow through on the details.
• Build the knowledge and leadership skills needed to take on the Store Manager role over time.

Who we're looking for

• A reliable, organized person who takes initiative and follows through.
• A confident communicator who enjoys working with customers and supporting a team.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, office operations or another role with transferable supervisory skills.
• An eye for merchandising and an interest in products, photography and social media.
• Comfort with computers and willingness to learn Shopify and our store systems.
• Interest in a long-term, in-person role in Kenora.

Seasonal Sales Associate

November & December 2026 | In-store, Kenora

Help customers find gifts they will love during our holiday season. We're looking for a friendly, dependable person who enjoys helping people and can keep things moving during a busy shopping day.

What you'll do

• Welcome customers, help them choose products and provide thoughtful gift suggestions.
• Process purchases accurately using Shopify POS.
• Replenish stock and keep displays, shelves and the checkout area tidy.
• Support the team with everyday store tasks throughout the holiday season.

Who we're looking for

• A friendly, reliable person with clear communication skills.
• Someone who enjoys working with people and can stay organized when the store is busy.
• A team member available to work in our Kenora store during November and December.
• Customer service or retail experience is an asset.
