Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order anytime before it is processed & ships by contacting us by email or phone 807-468-3267. After that, it will have been processed, and you won’t be able to cancel. You can, however, return or exchange your items.  


Do you ship internationally?

Yes!  Just be sure to check that the items you are ordering will clear customs in your country.

We use Canada Post.

How long does it take to process my order?

We do our very best to have your order shipped out as soon as possible. Orders are processed in 1-3 business days depending on our order volume.

How long does shipping take?

Our average shipping time in Canada is 4-7 business days depending on your location. 

United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand: 7-20 business days.

European countries: 7-25 business days.

Asian countries: 7-25 business days.

Rest of the world: 7-30 business days.

Are all my items shipped together?

We pack and ship all of our orders right from our store in Kenora.  If we can pack all items together, we will, otherwise they may need to be shipped in separate packages depending on the items ordered


What is your return policy?

We accept returns and exchanges on all or our products within 30 days of receiving your order, unless they have been marked as FINAL SALE at checkout.
The items must be in their original, unused/unworn condition with tags.
You can return your items at the store or contact us via email: or call us at 807-468-3267.  Mail in returns will need an authorization number to be processed.  All return costs including postage, taxes and duty are the customers responsibility.

What do I do if I receive a defective product?

If there’s some sort of manufacturing defect, let us know within 5 days of receiving your item.  We will refund you or replace your item depending on the circumstances.
